Hi Aldo. Thanks for bringing your response to my attention. I would have sent you an email directly, but there didn’t seem to be any other way to contact you without posting a message on your blog page. It didn’t occur to me that you would respond to my account, which I created for the sole purpose to contact you about posting the Ninjai Mobile Theme.
In response to your message – unfortunately we cannot allow you to continue distributing it online. But you are more than welcome to use it for your personal use if you like. The reason we cannot give you permission is because we are currently in talks with cell phone companies about distributing Ninjai, and are concerned that these types of permissions might interfere with our discussions. Whilst we appreciate your enthusiasm for Ninjai, we must inform you that as owners of the ‘NINJAI’ property in its entirety, we must do everything to protect our valuable copyrights; therefore we must request that you remove the ‘Ninjai’ themed Mobile phone download from Mobile9.com (http://gallery.mobile9.com/f/42699/), as well as from any other web sites you might have posted your Ninjai Mobile theme on as soon as possible, and to confirm with us when it has been done.
