I respect other people's beliefs. If you think you can be a better person with your crutch or blind faith in God; then go for it, i'll support you all the way.
But my morality and my ethics are not prescribed to me by men who wrote a collection of stories thousands of years ago. I don't need God to know what is good, just, fair, empathetic, etc.
