Just got back from Silverstone, after watching the British GP live, and I ache all over! I'm sooooo sunburnt!

It was great fun though, especially watching Jenson's engine blowing up and then having to retire! ha ha! I think he needs to go back to driving school, that guy is hopeless. Just like his motto says, he needs to "Button Up"!

Scott Speed, new American kid on the block seems to be doing really well for his first season. Good Luck to him.

Met some of the drivers, and the pit girls , Status Quo at the after-party and got to watch the BMW test driver doughnut his way through 4 sets of tyres which was pretty impressive considering each tyre costs around £1k+

Apart from that, not much else to report, got to go back to work tomorrow
